Food on the Move 2

And....we're back! Back on the road, checking out the most popular food vans of India.

Eggjactly, Gurgaon: Let's get straight to the point here. Where else in the world would you find 60 types of egg preparations under one roof? Run by Vikrant Misra, another rebel to the cause of the corporates, you will find Eggjactly parked in sector 29, Gurgaon. Waffles, crepes, pancakes, sausages...it's all here boys! Let's spell out the bestseller now: Big Chick Burger made with a grilled chicken patty, melted cheese and a fried egg topped with some grilled mushrooms and caramelised onions. Or how about, Belgian pancakes with bananas & chocolate ganache. Pick up the tissue and please wipe away the drool!

Flavour Lab, Gurgaon: The brand Flavour Lab brings in 2 food vans; Kobri & Hoppers. With an imaginative concept of 'innovation on a plate', Kobri serves exciting options like Chicken with Bok Choy in Malabar gravy and even dosa wraps. If it's the American platter for you, move to Hoppers to grab your grub. What to look out for? The idli sandwiches...and also the menu card. Hoppers & Kobri are not exactly very cheap, but definitely worth it...so carry the cash!

Oh Buoy, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Noida – Greater Noida Expressway: Just one phrase to describe the experience; juicy meats & creamy drinks! Two passionate cooks & one engineer come together to offer the world Oh Buoy. In turn, Oh Buoy offers the world on your plate; Mexican, Lebanese & Continental. Want to start your day on a delicious note? Stop over and grab a breakfast along side thick, creamy milk shakes. The Pop Romain burgers are the biggest best sellers that go deliciously well with the creamy shakes. Also dig in chocolate pancakes and a Strawberry Chunk Bite milkshake.

Oh Buoy! That's some experience!

Fogo, Mumbai: What happens when a IHM graduate, also an ex Le Meridian employee decides that good food should be available to everyone? Fogo lands on the streets of Mumbai, like a blessing form the skies! With a firm belief in the concept of providing quality meals at affordable prices, Fogo, parked at Dahisar, sources all ingredients from the local market. Dishes are priced to just about cover the costs of running the enterprise. And the cheese & onion sausage pav are simply to die for! Binge as much as you can and be wallet happy too. Awesome food @ great prices!

M Theories, Ahmedabad: The aroma the city loves! M Theories is strategically located near IIT Gandhinagar & the Vishwakarma Engineering College. It is loved & thus thronged for the simple fact that it doles out authentic Nepalese, Indian & Middle Eastern fares. Not to forget the momos, stakes, pastas, burgers and oh! Try out the chicken roll with fresh lime soda. Ahmedabad students never had it so good.

A cool hang out with great food, great prices & great memories!

Get your wheels out people...let's move with the food!
